This website is operated by CanvasPic, the registered business of Eddie Cleary, Ardcroney, Nenagh Co Tipperary. The site contains prices and information relating to the business.
Website errors and availability
CanvasPic make every effort to make sure the site is correct and available at all times but we cannot guarantee it. CanvasPic are not responsible for losses occurred due to the site becoming unavailable. We will make every effort to correct mistakes brought to our attention. Please report errors to info@canvaspic.com
Uploading or emailing Images
You must not send us images which are illegal, indecent or racist. We reserve the right to refuse to work on any questionable image supplied. You must own or have permission of the copyright holder for any images you send us. CanvasPic will not be held responsible for actions arising from breach of copyright of images supplied.
Print Quality
We always endeavour to produce the best print from the photos supplied. We wont be responsible for poor quality prints when the supplied photo was dark, low resolution, blurred or technically flawed. We will contact you if your image is borderline or below standard and give you the options available.
Colours and Sizing
We go to great efforts to make sure colours are true to the original image. We use colour calibrated monitors and printers. Due to the limits of current technology, we cannot guarantee 100% match to images supplied. Please contact us beforehand if you have specific colour needs before ordering.
We always match the frame to the image...not the other way around. Sizes are always appropriate. We will endeavour to give you a size which is equivalent in area to the one you have ordered. please contact us first if you have specific size requirements.
Prices and delivery
We make every effort to make sure that prices on the site are accurate. But as part of the order process the prices will be validated before payment is taken. If we find that the price offered is not the same as the order cost we will inform you and you may cancel your order if you wish.
We endeavour to get all orders delivered within one week but please allow 14 days for delivery. For peak business times in November and December please refer to the home page for delivery dates.
Returns
If you are not happy with your canvas for any reason you can return it for a full refund within 10 days of delivery. You must let us know within 2 days of receipt of the canvas print. You must pay for and arrange the return to us. Our contact details are on the contact page.
Liability
CanvasPic shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product during transport beyond the value of the invoice and what you have paid us.
